It is important to use the proper saran to achieve
good color airbursts. Type 8 saran is the strongest film avaiable. Consumer saran is also
type 8, but only 42 guage in thickness. Also much is wasted when using a roll that is
wider than you need. Saran has a shelf life of approximately 2 years. The film you buy at
the store could be years old, thus loosing some of its strength. We use so much saran that
our stock is always fresh. |
