These are fairly loud, finished confetti
shells with bright mixed color mylar and tissue blocks. Projects five tightly packed
blocks of confetti horizontally to 12 ft. Then the confetti flutters down, giving you a
two dimensional effect. This is not just a confetti dumper, it has a definable pattern!
The best way to distribute confetti ever devised. Although it is loud, no flash can be
seen, even in total darkness! Our cool burst system is the answer to your confetti
launching problems.
